From what I can find, this is a rare old scale that is in great shape..It is a Chatillon type 4200 with a capacity 15lbs x 1/2oz ..It is 9" across the face, chrome outer ring..The basket is 15" across

 

Missing some parts, stands 64 in. tall. Very heavy, I can help load. This must be picked up in Morgantown, PA 19543.
