I have a set of 3 antique or vintage Cinnabar Buttons with a hand carved floral pattern. Each measures 1 7/16" in diameter. I have read that after WW1, these would have had China stamped on the backs.

 

This is a beautiful antique carved shell or MOP button.It measures 3/4" in diameter and is in nice condition.
