This antique bisque socket doll head is marked on the back of the head as follows: Made in Germany, Armand Marseille 390, A 4&1/2 M. It was carefully removed from its composition-and-wood jointed

 

24" Tall Antique Wood & composition doll body only. 2 5/8" Across neck opening As is because I believe the body was repainted at one time.

 

1890 era- very rare- Topsy Turvy, Historical Doll. Black and White dolls on opposite ends. There is a small snag on the back of the doll dress as seen in pictures.
