This auction is for a fairly good working condition & its cosmic considering its age. I had bought this from here website long ago as a dud apparatus stenciled with white letter of NAVY ELECTRONIC

 

Here is what I know. The tuning needle is missing, but presumably inside the case, on the bottom. The tuning string must be broken, because the tuning dial just spins and spins. I did not try hooking
