Early 19th century floral basket sampler by Susanna Heaton 1848. This sampler, worked in wool on a soft canvas type fabric, is completely charming. The bottom of the canvas has a very neatly stitched

 

Antique French lace trim This came from a very nice estate where the prior owner collected antique lace and spared no expense to have the best. The container this was in was labeled French lace 1890-1

All fabrics are 100% cotton as far as we can tell, and some look old, but there are no feed sack fabrics here, we believe. We don't know if there is a name for this pattern. Al the stitching was done
