Looks pretty rare and historic to me from the 1950's at Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, IL. There are 4 glass slides for viewing. The first slide has a shifted glass on one side but the writing

 

2 3/8 x 3 1/2" +/-. One from this collection had a paper sleeve with the stamp of Clark's Photograph Gallery Bridgeport Conn. So we believe the rest are also from that gallery. Original photograph. As
