This is a Vintage true temper double bit cruiser axe head that is free of wood and in good condition with no visible maker's marks It is 8 1/8" end to end and 4 1/8" across axe bits and the head weigh

 

Nice old very small handheld vise... perhaps a jewelers or gunsmith or ?? Stamped " H DOKER " and measures only 3 5/8" long x 1 5/16" wide jaws. Needs cleaning , I used a soft brass brush just to see
