Offered here without reserve is a rather unusual ca 1880 silk quilt ... she's double sided. The first side, shown in pictures 1, 3, 4 and 5 is, amazingly for silk or this vintage, in perfect condition

 

The Handloomed Brick Red & Brown Coverlet Table Runner was loomed on looms similiar to those used in the mid-late 1800's. The table runner measures 17 inches by 34 inches. The pattern on this cove

 

measures 7 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches for the needlepoint picture. add 2 inches around for the mat and frame. A very fine stitch in perfect condition - no holes or missing stitches. I don't have an exact age
