howard n size watch runs winds and sets the winding stem will not open the front case cover also it pulls up a little to far may just need to be readjusted not sure but I do know when these were recas

 

This watch is in perfect working condition it is marked sterling on the lip of the case it folds into i have never polished it but im sure it will sparkle it says j ctava watch co. switzerland 15 jewe
