Great looking vintage hanging produce scale. There is glass over the dial face. The enamelware pan is in very good shape ( see pictures)Scale seems to be correct in weighing.Dial face is about 8 inche

this is an antique hat puller-stretcher ..got this from an estate sale and i dont know alot about these..i dont think anything has been replace .. Handle turns well. I could not find a manufacturer's
