THIS GAUGE IS FOR DISPLAY. THE RING HAS SOME DENTS AND THERE IS NO GLASS. MEASURES 9 1/2 WIDE AND 2 1/2 THICK. IS QUITE HEAVY. THERE IS NO DATE MARKINGS SO I AM GUESSING THAT IT IS AROUND THE TIME OF
