THE LEVER IS IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. WHEN YOU MOVE IT THE EYES MOVE UP & DOWN. THE TONGUE'S ACTION IT MOVES IN AND OUT OF THE MOUTH. I DON'T THINK IT IS A MECHANICAL BANK. THRER ARE NO SLOT
