Here is a super nice gold filled Elgin 17 jeweled pocket watch with the chain that dates back to around 1895 to 1905. It keeps excellent time. The back screws off on the outer edge of the back cover.

 

As you can plainly see from the photographs this vintage Elgin pocket watch is in pristine condition. The watch is currently running and appears to be keeping time. I have inspected and timed this poc
