This is a pretty vintage 20's Iris quilt, all hand appliqued with irises of purple and yellow as well has having a triple inner border followed by a framework of irises all along the scalloped border.

10 small blocks cut fom a quilt top as found. Vintage is probably 1850's to 1880's. I measured one and at the widest point and longest point it was about 3.5 by 5.5 and they all look about the same. I
