These are a pair of Japanese WW2 army gloves. They were bought in Japan at an antique auction. They don't look like they have been used. They are in fantastic condition. I put my hand inside the glove

 

The medal part measures 1 1/2 inches across. On the pin part it says Grand Army of the Republic GAR. On the ribbon it says Representative. On the back of the medal it says 48th Annual Encampment Dept.
