Antique Grandmothers Flower Garden Quilt All cotton hand pieced , hand quilted, thin smooth batting In very good condition, there are a few small light spots, and one tiny tear at a corner bound edge(

 

This antique quilt is attributed to my deceased Father's first wife's family. The quilt was in a closet, in a box, for the nearly 50 years I have been around his house. I don't recall every seeing it

 

MY FRIEND'S MOTHER HAS GIVEN UP THE FAMILY HOME, AND THE CHILDREN ARE SELLING SOME OF THE ITEMS THEY HAVE FOUND IN THE ATTIC. THE HOME IS AN OLD INDIANA HOMESTEAD DATING 1800s. MY FRIEND'S MOTHER IS 8
