This clock is pretty old and I believe it is from the mid 1930's. It does plug in & power up. I see that the second hand moves just fine, but the clock hands do not work as they just flop around.

 

I am not sure of the year on the clock, I know I have had it for at least 20 years and I bought it used then, A person should not have 10 Cuckoo clocks going at once. It measures 13" long and 9" acros
