This is a beautiful antique Standard Rotary Sewing Machine with an electric motor, lamp and foot pedal. I have plugged it in and the motor works. I do not know the actual condition of the machine, as

 

Nice turn of the century gold thimble and signed with the S and shield for Simmons Bros. Has been acid tested for the 14K gold. Size is number 9. Very good condition. No engraved monogram just the nic

 

Vintage scissors 9 1/2" . One side reads "B. Altman & Co. New York". Other side reads "Made In Germany". Decorative engraving on one side of handle. Still quite sharp and very well made.
