This is a very rare find! An antique ca. 1880 men's 14K gold filled Elgin Watch Co. pocket watch, railroad grade. Hand winding, it does not have a chain with it. The hands are a beautiful almost iride

 

This listing is for a Waltham pocket watch. This watch has 15 jewels, is a size 18. Grade 81, Model1888. Has a silverode swing out case, with a screw on bezel. The case has normal wear and scratches.

 

For sale is what I believe is an antique size 18 pocket watch case. The crystal is the beveled thick style. Back of the case is stamped "Silveroid" and the serial number, which I believe is "900788".
