This is a great decorating piece. 14'' sign in great condition.

 

I gather that this is a souvenir from Beach Haven, New Jersey. It's quite a love shell...who doesn't love shells. But I don't know the story behind the "Lucy Evelyn". Perhaps it was shipwrecked there.
