This is a single  STC Brimar  13D4 12AU7 ECC82 Ribbed Long Plate Twin triode tube.. It has the STC Logo on it. . These tube was tested on an AVO 163. The test for a new ECC82  is  10.5/2.2   each

 

These are 4 GE 7591A tubes. If I'm testing them right, they are all registering 75%. The boxes are dirty.
