Very good condition except that someone tightened the bolt too tight and cracked the aluminum mount. I don't know if the crack is completely off but it is enough so the pin won't go in the holes. You

 

Here is a very vintage approx. 6 1/4" high by about 3 1/4" diameter at the base, cast iron RECEIPT HOLDER or Bill Spike from "NATIONAL CASH REGISTER COMPANY". On the bottom base, it is marked 43B. In

 

Up for bid is an American Family scale that measures to 25 pounds. Scale works well and is pretty accurate for its age. There is some surface rust, but overall a nice piece. Measurements are 8" by 6"
