My mom collected and made quilts all her life. Now we are piecing out the collection. This quilt looks newer, probably made by her and her quilt buddies, probably in the mid 1970's. The playful patter

This is an antique quilt that dates to probably the 1920's or early 30's, since it was my aunt's childhood quilt and she was born in the 20's. It is well used - please examine the pictures carefully.
