It is in good condition but does not come with instructions. Instructions are easy to find online and it is easy to operate. One of the rivets are loose and the alluminum is a little bent in that spot

 

This is a galvanized steel box with a lid and handle. 9 1/2 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. 7 1/2 inches tall to the top of the handle with the lid on, four metal feet on the bottom. No maker marks.
