This antique scale is very unique & works. It is missing the bowl or dish that would set on top. The date on top says, June 16, 1867 made by the HOWE SCALE CO. Very sturdy. Thanks for looking!

 

This is a galvanized steel box with a lid and handle. 9 1/2 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. 7 1/2 inches tall to the top of the handle with the lid on, four metal feet on the bottom. No maker marks.
