This is very decorative, I don't know if it would work but it appears complete. It has a few dents & scratches.

 

Victorian era glass ladle with black wooden handle in great condition. No chips or cracks in glass. A couple of chips in paint. Almost 13½" long. Cup is 3¾" in diameter and about 3½" in depth.
