This is a jeweled hair ornament of natural tortoiseshell with rhinestone inlay so lovely. It is in a John Wanamaker purple velvet box with mother of pearl button, there is small loss to one corner on

 

Good condition. See pictures. Could use a little polishing. Punched some number at the back but I can't make them out. Could be gold filled. Not sure. Approx. 1¼" across. ............................
