Up for auction is this VERY old spinning wheel. I'm afraid I don't know anything about spinning wheels, so I couldn't tell you if it's complete; it looks to be, though. It's very sturdy; it looks like

It appears to be some sort of horn. It has a brass fitting on one end, and a wood looks like cap on the other. I have not attempted to open it because of the damage as can be seen in pictures 2 and 8
