This came from a 1964 L122 Hammond Organ. The chassis measures 17 1/4" x 5". It has a 5u4 rectifier, 2 -12AX7's for preamp and probably phase inversion, a 12BH7 for reverb and 2- 6BQ5's or EL84's powe
